Joint Development of Global Leader Development Training service for Companies
RareJob, Inc. (hereinafter, “RareJob”) form a business alliance with CAPLAN Corporation (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Fuji Ishida) on Friday, November 1. Through this tie-up, we will jointly propose and develop a training program to continually support the development of global leaders for corporations by combining the person-to-person online English conversation services offered by RareJob and the face-to-face training provided by Caplan.
Due to the rapid growth of overseas markets in recent years and an increase in the proportion of foreign businesses, many Japanese companies are urgently required to develop global leaders that support their overseas expansion.
Through this business tie-up, we will jointly propose and develop a variety of offline in-house face-to-face training services by Caplan and online English conversation services by RareJob. And through this joint proposal and development, we will continue to support participants, contribute to the development of global leaders in corporations, and lead to the expansion of corporate clients in both companies.
In the mid-to-long-term, we will customize training programs that are most appropriate for each individual employee. To make this happen, we will acquire data from assessment to training processes and measure the effectiveness of training by accumulating and analyzing the data. In addition to the existing services of both companies, we will contribute to the development of next-generation global leaders for Japanese companies by measuring the skills required of global leaders, such as proactive, cross-cultural understanding, and leadership through the developing and providing customized training services.
