Expansion of RareJob’s shareholder benefit program
On March 31, 2021, RareJob, Inc. (hereafter, “RareJob”), utilizes data related to human resource to develop global talents, will expand its shareholder benefit program.
RareJob runs the shareholder benefit program with the aim of appreciating the support of our shareholders and gaining their understanding and support for our services.
Smart Method® Course is the short-term intensive program for the improvement of business English speaking skill that integrated the method to enable users to speak English fluently. In our English related service, we aim to fulfill our service mission of “Encouraging 10 million Japanese to speak fluent English.” and we have developed such result-guaranteed service as our strong support for those who want to work globally with the high level of English speaking skills.
We decided to add another benefit program for our shareholders, so that they can experience not only the online English conversation service “RareJob Eikaiwa” but also our new service and deepen their understanding, which makes our shares even more attractive.

*1. The maximum available amount of shareholder gift coupon is up to the monthly fee for a subscription plan, which each user has contracted, in “RareJob Eikaiwa”. If the plan is less than 10,000 yen per month, the balance will not be refunded.
2. This is the short-term intensive program that guarantees the improvement of a business English speaking ability. Please check the outline of the service and the conditions for attending the course on our website.
