PROGOS Inc. (“PROGOS”) specialized in B2B business, the subsidiary of RareJob, Inc. (“RareJob”), which utilizes data related to human resource to develop global talents, has reached the partner agreement (Club Partner) for a year in 2021 with Kashima Antlers F.C. Co., Ltd. (“Kashima Antlers”), which manages J. League Club Kashima Antlers.

PROGOS is the subsidiary established by spinning off the B2B business of RareJob. Kashima Antlers has made the brilliant fighting history in Japan and Asia as the local-based club since its establishment in 1993 in the J. League. As one of the leading club teams in the J. League, the club vision is to “keeping a strong club that challenges the world.”
PROGOS, we resonated with the club vision of Kashima Antlers and reached the partner agreement for a year in 2021. Through this partner agreement, we plan to provide the following services with the aim of offering strong supports for the players, staff and academies to make them be highly regarded on the global stage.

By providing support through these services, PROGOS helps players, staff, academies, and other stakeholders from Kashima Antlers make their ways as a global leader needed in the international professional sports industry as well as the international soccer community.

PROGOS will continue to provide services that go beyond online English tutoring service so that we can develop global talents who are capable of playing active roles globally in various industries.

Future Outlook

RareJob Group supports the activities of Kashima Antlers, which fights in the J. League, together with their supporters. We expect to plan new activities and supporting events through this partner agreement, which will be informed you once it is fixed.
